Jen - what a great feature in the Dallas Morning News. Congrats! The YouTube clips were great, too. No surprise. Best of luck!

I love your concept and would like to send your book to a relative for Christmas! I have had a perfect closet-sized kitchen, a crappy large kitchen, a nearly-perfect large kitchen, and now we are in a crappy apartment kitchen. We've been nearly too depressed to cook. Another indispensable kitchen tool - cutting board that can straddle the sink and has a hole in it. It's like adding counter space.

I would LOVE to hear your views on storage containers! In a tiny two bedroom apartment in Plano, having the space to store all the dishes, pots, pants, utensils, silverware AND the storage containers is very difficult to manage. My husband red about your videos and I immediately ran to Youtube to find it. I adore the concept! Can't wait for more!

Just watched your youtube videos and am more sure than ever that I will be seeing you on tv. Incredible! In the meantime, I may attempt the gnocchi - surely I have a plastic bag around here somewhere....

Jen: Loved your show. Your personality makes it enjoyable and your take on cooking is really needed. You actually make we want to try the recipe. Hope to see more videos and be able to buy your cookbook. Way to go, girl.

I LOVED THE 1ST EPISODE!!!!!! I know sweet potatoes are great for you, but the only way I know to eat them is baked or smothered with marshmallows (eewwww). I can't wait to try this recipe. When's the next episode coming out? By the way, I love the jingle.

This may sound strange, but... I'm looking forward to your crappy little book. :) I, too, have a crappy little kitchen, as well as a hearty appetite. I will eagerly await your book.

What a great idea! I love to cook even though I don't have the time or resources (big kitchen, all the random ingredients etc.).
